Coins are packed with protective materials appropriate to the product, capsule, slab, certificate or presentation box. Higher-value orders may receive additional protective packaging or delivery controls.

Tracking information is provided after dispatch. Please allow approximately 24–48 hours for the carrier to display its first update.

Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier, an address change may no longer be possible.

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.
